The buyer’s request to return the product or exchange it for another must be submitted no later than 3 days from the date of delivery of the goods. If the buyer misses the 3-day deadline, the goods will not be exchanged and the return will not be accepted.<\/p>

To do this, you must notify us of the damaged product within 3 days, send a copy of the invoice and provide a description of the defect, send a photo.<\/p>

You must return the purchase unused, for example, if you opened the box to check the purchase, the box must be undamaged. It is necessary to preserve the original packaging of the product and accessories. The product must be returned within 14 days.<\/p>

AZALIA replaces the damaged goods or, if there is no suitable replacement in stock, returns the money to the Buyer to the account from which the payment for the goods was made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the damaged goods.<\/p>

When returning the money, only the price of the goods will be taken into account (the delivery cost is not included in the refund amount).<\/p>
