The buyer’s request to return the product or exchange it for another must be submitted no later than 3 days from the date of delivery of the goods. If the buyer misses the 3-day deadline, the goods will not be exchanged and the return will not be accepted.

When returning the money, only the price of the goods will be taken into account (the delivery cost is not included in the refund amount).

If the labels have been torn off, the goods have been used, damaged, as well as if other shortcomings and defects have arisen due to the fault of the Buyer, AZALIA has the right to calculate the losses and deduct the amount of losses from the refund amount.
