Returns & Warranty
Please note before purchasing:
Perfume products of appropriate quality are included in the list of non-returnable goods if they have been unsealed after delivery due to health protection and hygiene reasons (in accordance with Article 6.228-10, Part 2, Point 5 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). If you are unsure about the choice of fragrance, we strongly recommend ordering a sample size (1 ml sample for 2 € or 2 ml mini-bottle for 4 €) before purchasing a full-size bottle.
Full-size perfume bottles are hermetically sealed with factory plastic wrap. If you damage, cut, or completely remove the protective wrap from the box of a full-size bottle, the item cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, and no refund will be issued, even if the scent does not suit you. The free gift sample received with the full-size bottle is also non-returnable.
Return of defective goods:
If you receive an item with a factory defect (for example, a damaged bottle, a broken spray nozzle/roller, or leakage under the plastic wrap), you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
Mandatory conditions for claim processing:
- Upon discovering a defect, the buyer must send an official claim to the e-mail address mail@azalia.lt within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- The message must clearly state and describe the nature of the defect.
- High-quality photos or video clearly showing the claimed defect, as well as the overall condition of the packaging, must be attached to the message.
Attention! Without providing photo/video evidence and a clear description of the defect, quality claims will not be accepted, and no refund will be processed.
Compensation of shipping costs in case of defect:
- Initial delivery: Upon confirmation of a factory defect, the Buyer will receive a full refund for the item, including the initial shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
- Return shipping: The costs of returning the defective item back to the Seller are fully covered by the Seller.
- The Buyer will be provided with a free shipping code/label, or the return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of the payment receipt.
